How Everything Started
Escrow was founded in Dubai in 2016 with a clear mission:
To reduce claim rejections, accelerate collections, and bring transparency to healthcare revenue cycle management.
In the early years, we worked closely with mid-sized clinics struggling with delayed payments, coding errors, and insurance compliance challenges. By implementing structured billing workflows, coding audits, and payer communication frameworks, we quickly demonstrated measurable improvements in collections and denial reduction.
The Escrow RCM Journey
Escrow launches in Dubai as a specialized medical billing and RCM service provider.
Initial focus: claim resubmission, denial recovery, and payer reconciliation services.
Implemented structured claim scrubbing workflows and payer rule-mapping systems.
Expanded services to include:
- Eligibility & insurance verification
- Pre-authorization management
- Medical coding audits
Launched automated reporting dashboards for:
- Accounts receivable tracking
- Aging analysis
- Denial trend reporting
Started supporting multi-specialty clinics across Dubai.
2019 – Expansion Across the UAE
Crossed 50,000 monthly claims. Secured contracts with diagnostic chains and day surgery centers. Strengthened DHA and UAE insurance compliance support frameworks.
2020 – Scaling Operations
Despite market disruptions, Escrow improved collections cycle efficiency and reduced final rejections below 3%. Introduced structured AR recovery campaigns to boost cash flow for healthcare providers.
2024 & Beyond
